Wonky King's Crown

A week ago, 18 May 2010, I changed the grid dimensions on a King's Crown block and got a wonky King's Crown block.

What if I add new seam lines that connect the points that lie on the sides of the block?

I get more pieces to sew and a greater opportunity to play with color.

What if I color the block like this?

What if I take 4 of the block and arrange them in  a circle?

What if I add another row of blocks all around the outside?

This could use a border.

What if I add a border and binding?


I think this makes a terrific wall hanging.
